Essential safety and conduct guidelines for all private charters
ONBOARD SAFETY & CHARTER CONDITIONS
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following rules apply to every private charter operated by Sparkling Boats Mallorca. These guidelines are established in accordance with maritime safety regulations and standard charter practices
✔ All guests must follow the skipper’s instructions at all times.✔ Respect the marine environment; throwing any objects into the sea is strictly prohibited.✔ Swimming is not permitted while the boat is in motion.✔ Water toys such as Seabobs or similar devices may only be used in designated and permitted areas, subject to the skipper’s approval.✔ The standard charter duration is 8 hours, calculated from the agreed departure time until arrival at the base port.✔ Arrival at the base port will always take place during daylight hours.✔ Any additional charter time is subject to availability and charged at €200 per extra hour plus 21% VAT (€242).✔ Do not dispose of paper, objects, or sanitary products in the onboard toilet. Any blockage or damage caused by improper use will be charged to the client.✔ Only electronic smoking devices are permitted onboard.✔ Tips for the skipper and crew are not included and remain at the guests’ discretion.
