FLEXIBLE AND TRANSPARENT YACHT BOOKING TERMS

Guest Cancellation Policy●  More than 48 hours' notice: No cancellation charges apply.● Between 48 and 24 hours before departure: 50% of the charter cost will be charged.● Less than 24 hours' notice: The full charter price will be charged.
Sparkling Boats Mallorca Cancellation Policy●  Sea Conditions or Mechanical Issues - If we need to cancel due to sea conditions or mechanical issues, we will offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible. While we do our best to find an alternative date that works for you, availability can sometimes be limited.
Please note that accurate weather conditions can only be assessed two days before your charter. If we have any concerns, we will contact you in advance.
If you need to cancel for any reason, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
